Larry created BRAND: NEW DAY, a one-of-a-kind brand building thought leadership program. The Retreat is designed for a company’s leadership team determined to take a fresh look, deep-dive to build their brand equity and drive business value. His Roundtable ideation forum is a large group interactive session with like-minded business peers. This engaging branded program was created in tandem with the Disney Institute.

Larry founded and moderates the annual CEO Brand Leadership Roundtable at the Harvard Business School. Now in its 15th year, this popular thought leadership program has showcased over 50 CEOs of leading global brands.

At Babson College, Larry created and produces BrandBites, a CEO Fireside Chat and Panel series showcasing insightful and engaging conversations on brand leadership, entrepreneurship, and disruptive innovation. The series is sponsored by Delta Air Lines.

He created and co-hosted Name Brands, CBSBoston/WBZ-TV. This podcast series featured in-studio conversations with CEOs of leading brands who share their vision and nuggets of wisdom to building best-selling brands, dominating product categories, and driving business value.

Larry created and co-hosted Inside The Brand, an NBCBoston television show which featured CEOs at the helm of brands who own or dominate their product category.

For 20 years, his advertising and brand consultancy agency Gulko & Company strategically launched and positioned brands for middle-market companies, entrepreneurial ventures, the Fortune 1000 and non-profit organizations.

Larry is an advisor to the C-Level community, serves on boards including Babson Advisory Council, Florida Atlantic University Business Leadership, ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership, The American Marketing Association, The George Washington University, The JAG Alliance, Kayla Cares 4Kids. He created the 1DegreeOutside brand and is board chairman of this new weather forecasting app and collaborative founded by Matt Noyes, former Chief Meteorologist at NBC10 Boston.
